Yokomo Drift Scoring System

Team Yokomo is developing YOKOMO Drift Scoring System (YDS).  The system was showcased to public during Yokomo World Cup 2012 which was held in December 2012.

And more details were released in RC Mag Jan 2013 issue:

The objective of YDS is to create a standard scoring system world wide to promote RC Drift.  By utilizing sophisticated programming and HD cameras, the system can identify many aspects of the RC cars that may not be detectable by human eyes.  And it is a fool-proof, and fair way of determining the skill of an RC drifter.

It is expected to be released within 2013.
