This is how a GREAT company should do......

Yokomo Japan has just announced through their web site that they have a spacer missing in a recent release of the option part.
They are requesting customers to check with the hobby shops that they bought the item from and request for assistance in getting the replacement spacer free of charge.  If they can't get help, they can contact Yokomo HQ directly and a free replacement spacer will be shipped out immediately.

That is a fine example of how a company should stand behind your product!
