Memorable R/C Photo Contest #1

I took this photo during concourse at the 2009 Australian National R/C Drag Racing Titles last weekend. The gentleman on the left in front of the Ford Cortina drag car is a local celebrity drag racer Victor Bray. The Doorslammer on the left is his car. There was 56 entries at this event even though the temperature got to around 34 degrees celcius during the day. Entries came from all round Australia. The fastest speed during the day was a LiPo powered drag car getting to 164km/h over 40 metres.
